There is something so special about a newborn session at home. No studio backdrop can compete with the walls that hold a family's story — and these walls were especially lovely, as they were designed by baby girl’s mama, Monica Aberle of Aberle Design Co.
Baby Kate was welcomed into a home full of love, including three big siblings who were absolutely smitten from the very start. The way they snuggled around her, the excited hands reaching for her, the proud big-kid smiles—it was all so special to witness!
Monica had recently completed several gorgeous home design projects and we were excited to document them as part of their family’s story. Everything was thoughtfully designed— layered, warm, and classically timeless. Every corner told a story of care and creativity (I especially loved the living room wall gallery Monica had created!), and it made for the most beautiful, natural backdrop for these newborn images.
