As a mom, I spend a lot of time thinking about the photo archive I want to pass down to my children. This means, when I show for your family’s session, I’m thinking about that for your children, too.
In 25 years, your children won’t care about the perfectly posed photos of everyone looking and smiling at the camera (yes, I still get a couple of those for the future genealogy archivists in your family).
Instead, they’ll care about the ones that remind them what it felt like to belly laugh as a child, how it felt to be picked up and swung around by dad, how goofy they were with their little brother, and how tender you were with them in your best moments.
Even in the crazy, there is so much love. Even in the mess, there is joy to be found and so, so much to be grateful for.
